Also, because we are preparing to unveil the successor to the COSM-IIA, the "third generation" called the COSM-III, we have found we need to dampen demand a bit on the COSM-IIA to give us more time to ready the COSM-III for prime-time. In addition, our shipping costs and cost for the new digital meter have gone up. Keep your eyes out for the upcoming COSM-III which includes COSM-IIA functionality plus an onboard PWM and MAP sensor control as well as digital monitoring for both voltage and amps from your HHO cell. COSM-IIA full product, with digital voltage meter The COSM-IIA is an enhancement of the previous model, the COSM-II, which includes adjustable output frequency and a voltage meter, enabling you to better monitor, fine tune, and control the modification being made to your O2 sensor signal. Connection to your vehicle is via 4-wire hookup: -> One wire for 12 volt DC input power supply -> One wire for common ground -> O2 signal input wire -> Modified O2 signal output to ECM/ECU/EBX (the vehicle computer) This device is used to effectively help command your vehicle's engine management system to lean out your fuel mix, causing your engine to run leaner than normal; therefore, the COSM-IIA is best used as a supplement to fossil fuel-replacement technology such as HHO cells and water/mist/vapor injection systems.
